Discover the Pixirama, a new collection that Pixi has been developing in its Normandy workshops for several years.
This ambitious project was born from the desire to stage complex comic book panels or those that were unfeasible in volume. Pixi plays with the panels and puts them in cubes, creating a modular and elegant system that sublimates the mythical scenes of the greatest comic book authors.
Each cube in the Pixirama collection is identical and interchangeable: they fit vertically on a rotating axis to form various structures, with ever-changing viewing angles, animated by a wide range of lighting.
True objects of design, the Pixirama thus become surprising luminous totems that magnify in volume the creative genius of the greatest designers.
The back of the Pixirama is lacquered in red in the colors of PIXI. A central reserve houses his numbered certificate, protected by a glass fixed with brass upholsterer’s nails. A magnetically attached glass frame protects each scene, providing a setting for a true Pixi museum at home.
Offered for sale individually, each Pixirama cube is produced in a strictly limited edition.
A lacquered wooden base and cap are sold separately. This essential accessory will give your Pixirama totems a perfect finish.
Pixi is already working on the next Pixirama collection. Lucky Luke and Blake and Mortimer will soon be added to the range, which over the years will offer a complete range around the history of Franco-Belgian comics.
