1. Maya Toys ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies. We have tie -up with aggregator Shiprocket and direct account with Bluedart. Mostly use Delhivery, Xpressbees or Bluedart as the courier service. For locations not serviced by regular couriers we use India Post/Speed Post. 
2. All orders received upto 12:00 noon are shipped the same day in most cases and rest are shipped the next working day. No shipping is done on Sunday. 
3. All our outward shipments are insured from our office till it is delivered to you.

5. You will receive an email and/or text/whatsapp message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. The order is dispatched by the next working day. 
6. For New Delhi & Gurgaon we try to fulfill/deliver the orders ourselves.
7. The average shipping time to most parts of India is 3-5 days. While we use reputable couriers to deliver your order, there may be shipping delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, national holidays or unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events due to which the courier may get delayed. Maya Toys/ Jaishree Exports cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:  

• New Delhi/Gurgaon – Free shipping unless indicated on checkout.  
• Other locations across India we may have preset nominal shipping charges depending on the product which will reflect on checkout itself. 
• Incase you need express delivery, charges if applicable will be as per actuals. 

• We also accept orders from Overseas customers for products to be delivered within India to family members, relatives and friends as gifts. The above shipping policy will also apply for the same. We also provide update once the product has been delivered to your loved ones.
