For any queries, our customer service helpline (+91-124-4005486) is open from Monday to Saturday 10:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs. The helpline is closed on Sundays and National Holidays, but you may write to us on toys@jaishreeexports.com and we will try our best to resolve queries as soon as possible.

Return & Refunds

We accept return requests on all our products except baby goods like teethers, nappies, bibs, rattles, swaddles, baby balls, blankets, etc including puzzles. for reasons of hygiene within 24 hours of its receipt provided the product is unopened, unused with all its original contents. Return requests placed after 24 hours will be on case to case basis only and hence we do not have any preset policy for the same.

a. If the return is for a damaged product received (outer box damaged), we would require an unboxing video of the day of receipt as well as video of the damaged product. Kindly ensure to return the product in with its original packing & contents.

b. If the return is for the product ordered by mistake, we will accept the return however the shipping charges levied will be deduced from the total amount before processing the refund. Kindly ensure to return the product in unused & unopened condition with its original packing & contents.

c. If incorrect product received (different from the one that was actually ordered) – It is very rare for this to happen however it can still happen as each product is manually packed. Kindly intimate us and we will accept the return and send you the correct product or offer refund as you may require. Kindly ensure to return the product in unused & unopened condition with its original packing & contents. 

Refund: a) Incase of order cancellation – Incase you want to cancel the order before it is shipped to you, kindly inform us over email & phone with your order details. The refund will be processed & credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days (excluding sundays & public holidays).  b) Incase of return within 24 hours of delivery as mentioned above – the refund will be processed once the return product is received by us. We will check the product for any damage/use etc and accordingly process the refund, which will be credited to you within 5-7 working days (excluding sundays & public holidays). Once the refund process is initiated by us you will receive intimation over your email id provided to us at the time of placing the order. 

Used Product

A product cannot be returned once it has been used by you, worn out or torn/damaged. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all the price tags, original packing, labels and invoice.

Suspect Damage

We ensure that the product is packaged properly to avoid any damage to the outer packing. Get in touch with our customer care at +91-124-4005486 (Monday to Saturday : 10:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs) within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in case the product arrives damaged.

Defective Product

We ensure each product is checked & carefully packaged prior to shipping. In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will return or replace it. Please pursue the following process for returning an item purchased from MayaToys. Call us at +91-124-4005486 and provide your Order details with your Order-ID number. Our team will confirm about your return request ASAP. The team will inform you about the product returning process.

Incorrect Product

Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed over by you to our Courier Service Partner, Mayatoys shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened. Do also make sure you are returning the product for a genuine reason. 🙂

 Cancellation by           Customer

You as a customer you can cancel your order before we ship the order by informing our customer care department at toys@jaishreeexports.com or call us on +91-9810096760. We would require your order no so kindly provide the same for us to search and process for cancellation. Your refund (incase of prepaid orders only) will be processed accordingly.
